HomeWho What Wear This Juicy Scent Is In All of the Best Summer Beauty Products (There, I Said It) byKBN -July 30, 2023 0 I'm obsessed. Over the course of this summer, I've noticed a theme in my beauty routine. About half of all the products I use have the same scent in common: citrus. Whether it be lemon, lime, orange, or grapefruit, my vanity has been filling up with bright, juicy, and zesty products (and it's only taken me two months to notice). I know what you're thinking. Citrus is a classic summer scent, so why is this worth talking about? Well, I've been obsessed with citrus my entire life. Back in the day, I had a citrus-scented body glitter that I loved so much I barely ever used it in the hopes of keeping it around for eternity (if you know, you know). These days, I've upgraded to what I consider to be chic citrus products, from high-end perfumes to brightening body washes and more. So, yeah, I guess I consider myself to be something of a citrus connoisseur, and I thought I'd share my favorite products with you. Keep scrolling to see the 22 best citrus beauty products! This body wash is the best kickstart if you're like me and you love snoozing your alarm more than almost anything else. With sweet orange, lemon, and grapefruit essential oils, it's basically a good mood in a bottle. This is one of my all-time favorite fragrances. With notes of ginger, tangerine, jasmine, and amber, it's deceptively simple yet totally impactful. I've been wearing it non-stop. I use this face wash every single morning, and my skin is all the better for it. While I love the bright citrus scent, I keep coming back to it for its brightening effects and the way it cleans my skin without stripping it. This vitamin C essence is like a tall drink of water for the skin in that it instantly hydrates. It also visibly brightens and defends against pollution. Consider this a toner and face mist-hybrid. I like to spritz it on my skin for hydration along with skin-brightening vitamin C and anti-aging antioxidants. Notes of pomelo, yuzu, and black currant make this perfume smell bright and fizzy, like a grapegruit cocktail. Look, I know this is expensive, but it's one of the best skincare products I've ever used (yes, really). With peptides and antioxidants, it visibly firms and brightens the skin, stimulating collagen production and reducing signs of premature aging in one go. Another vitamin C serum I love, this one uses both lipid and water-soluble forms of vitamin C to penetrate deep into the skin and protect and brighten it from the inside out. Leave it to Jo Malone to create the perfect fresh fragrance. With lime, basil, mandarin, and amberwood, this is a citrus-forward fragrance that still smells elegant and sophisticated. Admittedly, this doesn't have much of a citrus scent, but it's so effective, I have to include it. It's formulated with 5% stable vitamin C to banish dark circles and fine lines and wrinkles. This citrusy, yet lightly spicy candle would make the best gift, but I'm going to keep it for myself. Vitamin C from yuzu fruit, as well as niacinamide and retinol, work overtime while you sleep to brighten, smooth, and plump your skin. Not only does this body wash smell incredible, but it contains vitamin C along with enzymes and niacinamide to brighten and even skin tone. Also, for only $14 a bottle, it doesn't break the bank. A combination of citrus and cedarwood makes this fragrance feel fresh, bright, and summery. Every time I spritz it, I feel like I'm lounging in the Italian countryside (and not working away at my desk). This lip mask softens, smooths, and plumps my lips overnight, although I'll use it as I would a traditional lip balm whenever they're feeling dry. When I tell you I'm obsessed with the scent of this body wash, I mean it. I haven't gone a day without using it in months, thanks to the juicy orange, guava, and driftwood fragrance. It never fails to lift my mood. Don't forget the matching body lotion. It's the perfect companion to the body wash, and it works to brighten and even skin tone over time. Yuzu oil and turmeric extract make this moisturizer incredibly brightening (seriously, I wish I had before-and-after pictures to share because it's that good). I was recently introduced to this perfume, and it's been a passionate love affair ever since. Notes of green mandarin, bergamot, daffodil, cedar, and sandalwood instantly transport me to the Mediterranean. This body balm helps soften the rough skin around my elbows, knees, and cuticles. I use it all the time thanks to its sunny fragrance of pink grapefruit and orange rind. Another citrus-scented candle I covet, this one has notes of yuzu, bergamot, and jasmine. I like to burn it whenever I'm feeling tired or sluggish since it has an energizing effect. Don't leave the house without hand sanitizer. This one keeps germs at bay while scenting your hands with juicy orange, peach nectar, and orange blossom. from Who What Wear Tags Who What Wear Facebook Twitter
