Tweezers Can Make or Break Your Brow RoutineThese 10 Eclipse All Others

In my time as a beauty editor, I've noticed that it's the small and so-called mundane products and tools that make the biggest difference in my beauty routine. Having a superior pair of tweezers is one such example, as not all tweezers are created equal. If you've ever had tweezers rust—bleh—or had difficulty grasping and eradicating errant hair, potentially leading to irritation or ingrown hairs, you know what I'm talking about.

Investing in top-notch tweezers will lessen your chances of pesky side effects like ingrown hairs and make your overall grooming and tweezing process easier. Like most beauty products, there is a definite hierarchy when it comes to tweezers. And because we're fanatical about zeroing in on the best-of-the-best of literally anything and everything about beauty, we curated a list of the 10 best tweezers money can buy. Plus, because we're especially brow-obsessed here at Who What Wear, we threw in some additional brow-perfecting products at the end of the article. Looking for flawless brows? Keep scrolling, and you'll be on your way.

To come up with the best tweezers, I first polled our highly-discerning team of beauty editors to find out their ride-or-die model(s) of tweezers. I then took expert advice into account (like prioritizing rust-resistant stainless steel and designs that can firmly grasp and remove unwanted hairs) as I began to comb through all the top-rated, best-selling tweezers across popular retailers like Amazon, Sephora, Nordstrom, and more. Below, you'll only find the best of the best.

Tweezerman's Slant Tweezer is a classic. Nearly every beauty editor I spoke to included it as a top favorite, including myself. Although I love this chic matte black iteration, it's available in various colors. The 25-degree professional-caliber slated tip provides the perfect angle for plucking. Not to mention, it's been a consistent award-winning model for over 22 years in the industry.  Pros: Stainless steel, nice color range, easy-to-handle 25-degree slanted tip for precise hair removal, editor favorite, lightweight. Cons: Expensive. Customer Review: "Love this tweezer. I love how precise this tweezer is. The slant on it gives you just the right angle for a nice clean pluck."
This is another favorite among picky beauty editors who have tried everything. These tweezers from Arches & Halos are slightly more affordable, made from stainless steel, dermatologist and ophthalmologist-tested, and have the perfect tension for effortless plucking and hair removal. Pros: Stainless steel, dermatologist and ophthalmologist-tested, affordable price point, good tension for easy plucking. Cons: None. Customer Review: "Excellent product!"
If you've ever had the opportunity to get your brows done by Joey Healy, take it! Ask any editor, and they will tell you he is an expert at shaping and perfecting your natural arches. Naturally, his line of tools is fantastic, and this elite sculpting tweezer is no exception.  Pros: Stainless steel, elongated and angled tip for maximum precision and control. Cons: Expensive. Customer Review: "I lose tweezers all the time, But I will be protecting these! I rarely see myself trying to tweeze a hair a second time since 99% of the time, I'll grab it on the first try. These tweezers should be sold to professionals because their quality and grip are amazing."
When we think "brow products," Anastasia Beverly Hills immediately comes to mind. And although the brand's pencils, shadows, waxes, and pomades might be more well-known, this top-rated tweezers is one of the best models on the market. Pros: Stainless steel, custom slanted tip, calibrated tension to effortlessly remove even the tiniest hairs. Cons: Expensive, can dull more quickly than some of our other models. Customer Review: "These are the best tweezers on the planet. They are precise, sharp, easy to handle, and grab absolutely any hair. These grab even the finest, shortest hair. I'm never buying another brand of tweezer. Ever."
Leave it to Benefit to give us a totally convenient, two-in-one option for our brow-grooming needs. This model is highly rated and gets bonus points for having a custom-blended brush so you can brush up your hairs while tweezing for a more precise shaping and clean-up. Pros: Multi-tasking and dual-ended, coated with diamond dust to help grasp and pluck hairs on the first try. Cons: Expensive, don't "grab" as well once the diamond dust coating has worn away. Customer Review: "Benefit Cosmetics is the holy grail brand for my brows. I always go to Benefit Brow Bar to get my eyebrow work done, I love Benefit Cosmetic brow products, so I decided why not go for this tweezer? I am so glad I purchased this tweezer. It can cling to the tiniest of hairs and has never failed me. Great purchase!"
Sometimes you need a pair of tweezers for non-brow-related jobs like dislodging ingrown hairs or splinters. If that's your game, this pointed pair from Tweezerman will be your new best friend.  Pros: Stainless steel, sharp, pointed tip that easily removes stubborn splinters and ingrown hairs. Cons: Expensive, can be hard to maneuver for beginners. Customer Review: "First and foremost, I love Tweezerman's products across the board—They're extremely durable and very effective for their use cases: tweezers, nail clippers, etc. I already had a pair of splinter/ingrown hair tweezers from Tweezerman, but the thing I appreciate about the G.E.A.R. model is the larger size and longer tips. For the particular use case of ingrown hair trimmers, it's important to have more careful control, and the larger size makes them easier to use. I especially appreciate that the base includes larger handles for your thumb and finger to rest. It just gives you much more fine-tuned control and precision. It's a small change, but it has a big impact on usability. I don't know what else to say. I'm extremely pleased with these!"
If you don't want to spend more than $10, this pair of tweezers from Revlon can be found at the drugstore, comes highly recommended, and rakes in five-star ratings.  Pros: Stainless steel, Revlon Lifetime Guarantee™, perfectly aligned and slanted tip for fast, precise hair removal, easy to grip, affordable. Cons: Dull faster than some of our other models. Customer Review: "These are some of the best tweezers I have ever purchased, and I have re-purchased these multiple times. They will grab the tiniest of hairs. Which is a plus when you have dark brow hairs!"
If you're someone who's always on the go, we highly recommend this mini trio of tweezers from E.l.f. You get three uniquely shaped eyebrow tweezers that work together for easy-breezing plucking, shaping, and even ingrown hair removal. Plus, you really can't beat that $5 price point. Pros: Stainless steel, affordable, great for travel, includes mini angled, flat-top, and pointed tip tweezers. Cons: Less precise, lower-quality. Customer Review: "These are slightly lighter weight than high-end tweezers. Very happy with my purchase. This is my first time having multiple tweezers, and I do find I use them for different things. The deep slant for my brow arch, the lesser slanted for over brow, and the smallest for errant hairs."
Meet the choice tweezer amongst Amazon shoppers. Not only is this do-it-all pair of tweezers budget-friendly and made from stainless steel, but it also has a 4.4-star rating and nearly 60 thousand reviews.  Pros: Stainless steel, sharp, wide grip for easy tweezing control and execution, easy to hold, Amazon favorite. Cons: Very sharp, can scratch or cut the skin if not careful. Customer Review: "I've been using a different brand of tweezer my whole life and am so glad I tried these. They are very precise and grab hold of tiny facial hairs without slipping off and coming out empty-handed. My old tweezers seem too thick to grab any hairs without trying several times. These tweezers also come with a little silicone sleeve for the tip to protect them inside your drawer or cosmetic bag. Happy with the purchase!"
If you feel like stepping into luxury, these one-of-a-kind 240ct gold tweezers from Swiss-brand Rubis are it. Ergonomically designed by experts with more than 50 years of experience, they're made from professional-grade stainless steel and will last—and remain sharp and flexible—for years. Pros: Stainless steel, ergonomically designed, long-lasting, multi-use (can be used for eyelash application, etc.), easy to control and grip. Cons: *Very* expensive. Customer Review: "These are the best tweezers money can buy. They're total perfection. They never cut, and they never slip once they've gripped. They're more expensive than the others, but I could've bought 10 pairs of these with the amount of money I've spent on crappy tweezers that shouldn't even be sold as legitimate tweezers."
If you need help in the growth sector, nothing beats this particular brow serum from NeuLash. I had to stop using it prematurely due to how fast it made new hairs come in! A little goes a long way, so even this tiny tube will last you ages, making it a worthy investment.
This ultra-fine brow pen from Anastasia Beverly Hills is an underdog product that deserves more love, in my opinion. I love my pencils and gels, but nothing creates a super-precise, microbladed-like finesse to your brows like this pen. (Plus, the shade range is unmatched!)
My favorite brow pencil of all time, full stop.
Don't sleep on Sephora Collection—trust me when I say the formulas feel identical, if not superior, to other name brands that often get more attention. If you're looking for a clear brow gel for shaping and setting, this $12 one is better than most of the expensive ones I've tried.
I'm not big into tinted brow gels. As someone who prefers a light, natural brow job, I find most gels and pomades look too heavy-handed or intense, no matter the shade I choose. This formula from Iconic London is one of the only ones I'll touch. The brush is super-small and super-precise for maximum control, the hold is flexible (I hate anything that makes my brows feel hard or stiff), and the hair-mimicking fibers that cling onto your natural brow hairs give you a very I-don't-actually-have-makeup-on vibe I'm very keen on.
This eyebrow brush is probably my most-used beauty item—I can't stand the look of my brow hairs going every which way, so it's the first thing I grab in the morning.
